Pavement Maintenance Technicians

$30+ hourly - $1,800+ weekly potential with performance and safety bonuses. Pavement Maintenance Technicians wanted to join the SealCo team in Gunnison to work on construction projects throughout the Western Slope of Colorado. 

• No experience necessary.

• On the job training working outdoors.

• Paid weekly.

• Flexible schedules and four day work weeks possible for motivated, hard-working and dependable individuals.

• Must be capable of lifting 60 pounds.

• Job Physical Level: Moderate to Strenuous

• Out of town travel for week long projects

 

Duties May Include:

• Installing pavement preservation products

• Shoveling and raking asphalt

• Construction Labor

• Concrete work and finishing

• Asphalt paving and patching

• Filling potholes and roadway cracks

• Installing pavement markings/striping

• Setting out signs and cones for traffic control / flagging duties

• Maintaining equipment and performing minor repairs

• General labor

• Following safety guidance and wearing proper safety equipment

• Laborer
